On-site data center support in Toronto

Physical support for colocation customers: incident response, scheduled maintenance, audits and the recurring work that keeps a cabinet in good order.

Colocation gives you power, cooling and connectivity. What it does not give you is someone to open the cabinet. For teams without a local presence, that gap shows up at the worst moments, usually during an incident. This is the service that fills it, both for emergencies and for the routine work that prevents them.

Serving Toronto and the GTA, with Ontario coverage available based on location and scheduling.

Request Remote Hands

Leave your details and we will get back to you to go through what you need.

A sentence is plenty — we will go through the detail with you.

We use your details only to respond. Nothing is scheduled and nothing is billed until we have confirmed scope and price with you.

Incident response that does not wait for a flight

When remote troubleshooting is exhausted and the next step is physical, the question becomes how quickly someone can be in front of the rack. Submit an emergency request and we confirm availability with you directly, rather than promising a response time we cannot guarantee for every site and hour.

Preventive work, not just firefighting

Most of what we do is not an emergency: verifying that the rack matches your records, checking that both power feeds are actually loaded as intended, tidying cabling that has accumulated, confirming spares are where the runbook says they are. This is the work that makes the emergencies rarer.

Documentation your team can rely on

Every visit produces a written record of what was done, and photographs where they help. Over time that becomes a genuine history of the cabinet, which is worth a great deal when the person who built it has moved on.

A standing point of contact

For teams with ongoing needs, a monthly package means there is always someone who already knows your setup, rather than starting from scratch each time something happens.

What data center support covers

  • Emergency physical intervention during an active incident
  • Scheduled maintenance-window work
  • Rack audits and asset verification against your records
  • Cabling remediation and labelling
  • Shipping, receiving and RMA handling
  • Vendor and carrier escort
  • Recurring monthly checks under a package

What is permitted at any given site depends on the rules of that facility and the access you hold there.

FAQ

Data Center Support Toronto: common questions

Can you respond to an emergency outside business hours?

We accept emergency requests and confirm availability with you at the time. Emergency work is billed at the emergency rate, and overnight or statutory holiday work at the midnight and holiday rate. Both are listed on the pricing section.

Do you work in every Toronto colocation facility?

We work across Toronto and GTA facilities. The practical constraint is whether you can authorise access for our technician at your site, which is usually a ticket with the data center. Tell us the facility and we will confirm.

What does a completion report include?

What was requested, what was done, anything that differed from expectations, and photographs where they are useful. If you need a particular format or specific evidence captured, say so when you submit the request.
